Bought these about 3 years ago as back ups for my aging pair of Carnac LeMonds, and never used them.

They come with a 3 bolt look insert, already in place.

nope. afraid not. they fit a size 9.5 US (more or less).

fwiw - carnac always advised customers to buy a size smaller than normal with the lemond/legends.

need to check, but i'm guessing standard airmail (from europe) would probably be around 10-15$ (extra if you want it registered).
