Wireless Flight Deck/Computer problems

I'm hoping this hasn't been posted yet (I apologize if it has, I didn't see this specific issue), but I am REALLY hoping someone smarter than me can give me some hints of what else to try.
I really like my Shimano FLight Deck wireless computer on my Dura Ace 10, but have been having problems with the speed randomly cutting out, then going back, then stopping totally mid ride. Some rides it will happen 45 minutes in, some 60, some only 5 minutes in.
I have reset the magnet and the position of the wireless fork sensor (figured these are ok since they seem to be, even randomly, giving a reading that seems roughly accurate, albeit for various lengths of time only). I changed the batteries in the head unit, the sensor and even replaced the entire head unit to see if it might be an internal electronics problem. No luck.
I switched the magnet out for a new one (mavic stock aero magnet). This style has always, up until just recently, worked fine with my flight deck for the past few years.
Now I am stuck. I can not figure what it might be. I can easily scroll through screens using the flight deck shifter/hood buttons, and everything seems fine on the head unit, except speed, and thus, distance and virtual cadence are lost when the comp thinks the wheel is not turning.
All out of ideas.....
Any help is sincerely appreciated..

It could certainly be that the sender or receiver is bum. It could also be that the unit is getting interference from extraneous signals around you. I believe heart rate monitors and other wireless devices can interfere. I had a wireless unit and because of carelessness broke one of the wires to the hoods and had to replace it. I went wired because it was cheaper and less chance of fluky interference. Good luck.

Am having the exact same problem....just got a new sending unit and magnet yesterday....no luck, similar to you....am taking the "new" batteries to be checked at Radio Shack, and will see if maybe I just had a couple of bad batteries.....only other angle I can logically come up with. Have no other electronics on bike, and haven't had, so am discounting an interference issue.....Lights are the same set that I have had for 2 years, with no prior interference issues....even tried running with the batteries out of the lights just in case!

Am a "bit" frustrated!

Replaced both batteries Sat. AM....system worked perfectly all weekend.....operated intermittently and then failed to read any speed on the way into work this am...so we are back to ground zero.....

I replaced the magnet this past weekend before a race, and have had absolutely no problems with the flight deck since. It was the last thing I was going to try. I assumed the wiring and electronics were fine since I could scroll through all screens with regular speed, the display worked fine, and no battery related problems seemed present. It was a Mavic stock magnet for aero spokes, and I simply picked another one up from my LBS and the problem seems fixed. I'm not the most technical savvy rider, but I had no idea magnet could go "bad." There was no corrosion, no rust, or even moisture on the magnet or sensor that I could find, but this seems to have solved the problem in my case.
