Anyone know why the PU's Moonlight Magic Ride was canceled for this weekend?

Probably not enough interest, this is a remote ride so the organizers need a minimum just to break even. Plus the temps are going to be 110+ out there with lows in the mid 80's:eek: I wouldn't ride out there.

Do you think this time of year it still gets extremely cold in the evening even though nice during the day? I did it last year, but fall-ish, and boy! When that sun went down!! Yikes! It was freezing.

Right now, though, I'd be looking forward to that. I'm melting all over my computer.

does anyone ever know what happened to the Mojave by Moonlight ride.. It was Claremont up through Cajon Pass to Barstow.. It was usually the 1st full moon in July..
