Touring - Fenders and racks w/only one eyelet?

I'm looking for suggestions on mounting racks and fenders on frames w/only one eyelet. I'd like front and rear racks and fenders, and the frame in question has only one set of eyelets on the front and the rear. There are lowrider mounts on the fork and rack brazeons on the seatstays.

The two obvious solutions are to either mount them both on the same eyelet or to buy racks with fender mounts, a la Bruce Gordon. The BG racks are really expensive, not to mention that I'd like a front rack with a platform, and it seems from the website that the BG front rack with a platform is designed for 26" wheels (my frame has 700c wheels).

So what haven't I thought of?

EDIT: Ok, Tubus racks have eyelets for fender mounting, and they're within my price range. But there doesn't seem to be a Tubus front rack with a platform. How about the Surly racks? It doesn't mention that you can mount fenders on them on Surly's website, but they do have strange-looking bumps on the bottom that I don't recognize, perhaps they could be used somehow? It'd be nice to have the two racks from the same company for aesthetic continuity, but it's not absolutely necessary.

Gang them together on a longer bolt, with the load-bearing rack mounts on the inside and the fender mounts on the outside. Use Nylock locknuts and/or Locktite to discourage it from loosening up (stacking stuff like this makes for a wee bit of flexion, which can loosen a nut that's there by friction only).

Removing either rack or fender is no more difficult -- you're still just loosening a pair of eyelets. Removing both at the same time is easier!

You can use rubber coated 'P' clamps around rack arms. Nylon 'P' clamps available in the electrical dept of the local hardware store.

CETMA Racks mount on the front axle, which would free up the eyelets. I think the Old Man Mountain racks work that way as well.

On the front Surly rack, you can attach the fender to the bracket that attaches the rack to the eyelet. They mount really easily.

Is that a Jandd rear rack? That's what I'd like to use if possible, probably the Expedition model.

It looks like you just trimmed the fender stays to fit after you clamped them to the rack with the P stays, right?
