Brompton fold problem

I've just purchased a new Brompton M type 6 speed in raw lacquer finish. It also comes with the carrier (rear rack) and eaziwheels. I seem to be folding it fine, starting with parking the rear wheel, the unscrewing the front wheel and bringing it around so the frame hinge sits up suspending the front wheel to the side of the parked rear wheel. Then down with the handlebars and lock with the saddle post down.

Despite this I find the Brompton will not wheel along when folded because the fromt wheel tyre is touching the ground. It wasn't doing this yesterday when I got the bike. Any reasons this might be happening? Thanks in advance.

I find the best way to get my L3 to wheel is with the bars out and used to lift the weight onto the rear roller wheels. But, I must say this is a bit of a compromise, not very stable, and not very people friendly either ... so I tend to fold down and carry to go into shops, (sharing arm to arm) or wheel unfolded where I can.

Is it normal to have to tilt the Brompton then to drag it on the trolley wheels?
