Living car free in a rural area is difficult, and not much fun, I imagine. I've never done it, though, so it's only my imagination. At any rate, it's probably not overrated by me, if anyone cares how I'd rate it. Who's in charge of the ratings, anyway?

* 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
* 1 (2 ounce) can sliced black olives
* 1 (8 ounce) bottle Italian-style salad dressing

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.
2. In a large bowl, combine the tortellini, spinach, cheese, tomatoes and olives. Add enough salad dressing to coat. Toss and season with salt and pepper.

Er, you need:

Either plain pasta (eg farfalle) or _maybe_ mushroom stuffed ravioli.
Feta instead of Parmesan (you're not using that canned crap are you?)
Olive oil instead of salad dressing.

apparently it's the "lone star state", however i can't find out if that one-star rating is out of four or five.

In the last 30 years Mich. has slipped from the 4th best state to the 46th. I've been reading that Texas is #50, but I'm not sure. ND is looking pretty shakey too.
