Why doesn't anyone around here ride Haro bikes? I'm not trying to say there better or anything, but it's all my local bike shop carries and was just wandering.

I will probably get the Haro F3, does anyone have a good reason not to get it?

Because imo Haro has trashy parts.

Bike shops tend to stock bikes like Haro because they look like a high-end bike and they are popular with little kids.

So even comparing specs, there not going to be as good or what?

My friend got one of the F series one and the parts trashed out fast. . .

Their race bikes are pretty good.

Its a fine starter bike.

Haro is fine to start on

just be ready to shell out the cash for new parts in the near future. i had to do that for my diamondback, which people told me was a decent starter bike. it gets annoying fast.

Only reason i have owned a harro is because it was $50. My roomates f-3 sounds like its falling apart after a week of riding... my backtrail seemed to hold up a little better

I ride a Haro. But a lot has changed since the last time I bought a bike.

I beg to differ. They're great bikes for beginners.
