Mountain Biking - Rich

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I haven't seen him either. Maybe someone should send him a PM or something.
Yeah, I'll try to contact him.
Thanks Fubey,
I'm well and ok over the pond!!! :) Been pretty busy at work recently, so haven't been able to get in here.....
Recently put some Turbo S tires on Katie, and she's like a bat out of hell!!!
Pretty crummy weather in the UK at the moment though, so not too much fun is being had...

One of my Norwegian friends e-mailed me the other day. They have about 1 metre of snow over there at the moment. What's that stuff like to ride in?

Well, I don't know if it is possible to ride in a meter of snow...thats about 3 feet...But snow in general...Its a little slippery. But that makes the ride more interesting.

Hi Chris!
Yeah, Fubey's right...it's pretty difficult to ride in snow much deeper than a foot. I could imagin a metre of snow being great fun though...especially when hardpack.
Maybe when we get some here, I'll post it over to you? I can't be fairer than that :D

I think it would take about 30 seconds to melt over here, and we've already got rain since I cleaned my bike the other day. Nice thought though.
