I am biking along today and to get to the promised route, I usually take the local MUP for a few miles. As I go through one of the several intersections, a young lass on a really nice looking specialized joins me on the side. I give her a little smile and go on ahead on my merry way. After a mile or so, I am forced to do a little off-roading because of a spaced out 8 year old.. No Problem really. I turn back to make sure the kid is ok and said lass is behind a few bike lengths. She says that she is just hanging on the wheel a bit and I say no problem. After the crowds thin out a bit, we start chatting. We then proceeded to ride together for a good 35 miles.
She is really really cool and in fact is checked off on pretty much everything on my list for eligible women (this is pretty rare mind you), namely she is attractive, athletic, down to earth, enjoys biking and running, has wanderlust and to top off, is a blue eyed blonde!!
I got digits and we plan on riding again, soon. :)..
(I know, I pinched myself and I was not dreaming!)
