Did six days in a row this week and feel like I'm in shape for the summer. I've also dropped 14 pounds since the first of April.
But six days has left me pretty ragged tonight. I want to go to sleep. Am taking tomorrow off.
I'm riding 15 miles a day M-F and did 35 today. That's 110 miles for the week.
Truthfully, I don't know if I can keep up that routine up, what with work and family responsibilities. But I'm obsessive about it. Can't bear the thought of backing off.... yet am worried about sustainability. I'm 62 and weighed 229 this morning with a goal of losing my official Clydesdale status by October.
Wonder how others are doing at this part of the season (mid-May). I'm in Michigan and wasn't really able to get out until early April.
