3 days, 250 miles, and 100% of all donations to charity.

The NJ Ride Against AIDS is a great charity bike event that happens every year at the end of September. Winding the entire length of New Jersey, the ride starts at High Point State Park (at the northwest corner of the state) and finishes 3-days later in Cape May, New Jersey. Along the way, you'll see mountains, valleys, quiet rolling farmland, cranberry bogs, and the Jersey shore.

The event is a small, all-volunteer charity bike ride (50 riders max). Intimate, well-supported, and yes, every dollar raised goes directly to charity. If you have ever thought about doing one of these events, I can't think of any better event. This is my sixth year doing the Ride, and each year I come away rejuvenated, thrilled that NJ is really a pretty state, and glad to be making a difference.

If you care to ride, volunteer, or sponsor me, please check out www.NJRideAgainstAIDS.org for more information.

Thanks!
