Summer-like weather is finally here in the Denver area. I woke up with the idea to go for a longish ride today. When I went out to get the newspaper, I saw the house had been TP'd. They did a pretty good job of it. I knew my son (the target) wouldn't be up for a couple more hours, so I decided to have my ride an help with clean up on return.
Rode my age, 56. I took the C-470 bike path to Golden and back. I bonked on this ride last summer, but felt really good today. All that time on the trainer over the winter seems to be paying off. Life is good!
