My first Double. Temps over 100. 8000+ climbing. YIKES!
I'm alive, and I finished it.

Congratulations on doing the ride, finishing the ride and not dying in the heat. RR and I were running errands in Vacaville Saturday and at 4:00 pm the temperature was 106. Yesterday the temps were much lower in Napa but got up close to 100 coming back over the mountains. Nothing like Saturday though.

You and Taxi are my heros.

Nicely done. Even the pros in this year's Giro d'Italia might have protested over this one.
