Hi, I'm from Lismore NSW Australia. I have been cycling for about 8 yrs. First was a foray into mountain biking but then just feel in love with the speed of road cycling.
I curruntly own a Giant OCR A Comp which is one of the alliance frames. It suits me and my riding well.
I get all excited about older bikes too, which I have about eight in various states of repair and condition.
One particular find was a Miyata 1200 frame at a rubbish dump recycling store for AUD $3. Not a mark on it, but had a small crack at the top tube cable route-holes. Had a very trick welder do a great job in repairing it and had it repainted. Just waiting for some parts to build it up to what was apparently a great bike.

Thats about it for now...

Welcome to BikeForums. Swing by the Classic & Vintage section with photos of those older bikes. We'd love to see them. Giant OCR's are a nice riding bike, a number of people in my club ride them.

Thanks for the welcome. Give me a couple of days on the photos, must do mundane things like work and earn money etc..........actually work isn't that bad cause I ride to and from, on flat smooth roads drafting cars and trucks.
