Anyone know if brake levers like nashbar's "time trial levers" work on some flip n chops that are cut where the bar starts to drop? (er.. rise--depending on your perspective)
My thought is that it may not sit snugly in the tube unless it's in an entirely straight stretch. Experiences?

i couldn't get any of the time trial style levers to fit in the ends of my flop & chop. they're old french steel drop bars, and i tried cutting more off in order to fit them, but it still seemed to be too tight in the actual bend.

Doesn't seem likely. Most bullhorns seem to be 24.0 at the bar, while old roaddrops are22.2.
