I have some Marzocchi MX Comp ETA's on my bike. And the manual the forks come with have no information on taking them apart.
I guess for some reason they do not include disassembly instructions, cause it should only be done by a qualified mechanic.

Still info can be found www.enduroforkseals.com sell fork seals. On their website they have step by step instructions with picture's on how to install their seals.

The picture's and or diagrams help a lot! So I was wondering if anyone knew of a website, that had similar instructions on taking apart, tuning spring & oil's etc and rebuilding Marzocchi forks . In particular my type of fork the MX Comp, although most of the forks are made in the same way so any info will be useful.

I won't have a problem taking them apart without any web info, But any extra info I get will be a bonus.
So any good website's anyone knows with Marzocchi fork maintenance and tuning will be appreciated.

You should try to get yourself a current bicycle repair manual instead. I have Zinn and the Art of Mountain Bike Maintenence, that's what I used when I tore down my fork.

Check out some of the mountain bike magazines and their appropriate e-zines. I've seen several "how-to's" in Mountain Bike Action. I'd check there first.

generally all the Marzocchis need is to be cleaned, and change the oil every few months, depending on how much you ride. As they are a full oil bath, there is no grease to change, and just about all contaminants get flushed out with the old oil.

you used to be able to download comprehensive manuals for Marzocchi forks 2002 and before from www.marzocchimtb.com .I just had a look there and got the 'site under construction' error, so they may be updating their manuals(I hope). Otherwise the MXC ECC would probably be the closest model to yours.

I have a few interactive CDs from Marzocchi that have all the schematics, required tools, oil heights, rebuild instructions, etc. etc. They can be ordered from QBP through an LBS. The part number is cd7601 for 2004 product. It should cost around $25 or so. I think that would be your best source of info. In general Marzocchis are the simplest forks to work on so if you have fork servicing basics you can handle it. If you need to install new seal or bushings you'll need specific tools.
