Northern California - I'm doing VeloGirls Training. You?

VeloGirls Bike Skills 101 clinic May 25th, Sunday.
I've been riding, depending on how you count it, 50 years, 30 years, or 2 years. I've always wanted to do a class like this.
I'd do their co-ed version with my wife, but she's visiting out of town THIS WEEKEND, so I get to stay busy doing the weekend mens version so I don't miss her too much.

Anyway, anyone else going? I know you don't need to improve your bike skills, but it might be fun anyway, and I could use some company.

Nope...We would be thrown out! I'd like to but that's just before the L.A. trip and I need to save some $$..They would consider me a lost cause anyway. They would be pissed at you for bringing an old lecherous escaped mental patient to the clinic:(

I'm supposed to do the AidsLifeCycle but I'm $1500.00 Short, so I'm selling my car and or some guitars on Ebay or Craigslist. If that works I'll be in L.A. on the 7th...Are you down there that weekend? You could come ride in the last day with me to Santa Monica...That would be way cool!

I was kidding with him about leading me out at the end. He had the Green Jersey T.O.C, and I had the leaders jersey...so he say's ok! Then right at the last 4 miles He fly's by me with Katie in tow and just completely hammers me...OW! Buzzkill 2 :cry::crash:

If I had the funds I'd love to take a course, maybe in the summer.

Kewl class! I just signed up for it. Can't wait. =)

Came close to signing up. But the class starts at 8 am, Caltrains doesn't start running southbound till 8 am.

dude! we probably could've switched to 9:00am if you'd told me. there's only 10 guys in the class.

The class was good, I enjoyed it and and have learned quite a bit of info and would recommend. :thumb:
