Boycott Iberia!

This airline has decided to automatically charge anyone travelling with a bicycle an "excess baggage" charge of €150. When you add on the €20 for special box they sell you to to pack it in, we're talking €170 or $263 :eek:. I've decided to choose another airline if I must fly. I hope you'll join me in this boycott and pass the word.

Thanks. That's good to know. Let me make it clear, however, that I have never carried a bike with Iberia or anyone else. I prefer to cycle or take a train or coach, but when I have no other choice, however, as will be the case next month when I'll be crossing the pond sans bike to visit my parents, I'll choose an airline other than Iberia in solidarity with my fellow cyclists.
