Well since this thread is about alternate bikes, i guess this is where my new bike belongs, as it really is "alternate", who needs a hummer when you have one of these, goes on water, goes on ice, goes everywhere, and all human/pedal powered :)
It has a pedal powered propellar for the water sections to, a tandem, sociable, recumbent, amphibious 4 wheeled "alternate" HPV
(i havent worked out how to post pics yet :( so sorry about the hyperlink!!

wild. how do you float or steer it in the water?
neat...are these going to be production bikes or is it one-off?
all I see is a black screen
Cool, I like quads, - how do you set up the aquatic conversion?
all I see is a black screen
As do I. I won't allow Flash...
East Hill
Looks good, and light too. I bet it is fun to ride.
We have a pedal powered propellar attached, via a gearbox to both our bottom brackets. And 2 inflatable cataraft tubes, which are 18ft long with 600kg of bouyancy. And we will be steering with our handlebars attached to a rudder :)
more pics and videos will be posted up on the site soon, so you will be able to see it in operation(hard to picture in your head)
thanks
