Wilmington DE, worth bringing my bike?

I'm going to be in Wilmington DE for a few days with time to kill. I'd love to get in a couple 50-100 mile rides. Any suggestions?

YES!
brandywine valley (sp) was a great area to ride (1985). lot's of side roads, areas of interest, etc.
google chamber of commerce and local bicycle clubs (white clay bicycle club) for more current info!
enjoy, and would like to here about what you find!
