Hope it's okay if I post this here...
My boss (an avid cyclist) injured his neck a few months back, and discovered that a non-injured neck is required to handle a stiff aluminum road bike. He has since switched to a recumbent, and as he knows I want a road bike (to compliment my hybrid), has offered to sell me his Trek 2200 -- after all, he has his recumbent, and a soft-tail Trek MTB, so it's not like he really neads it. The 2200 has Shimano Ultegra components, and has a Flight Deck computer with everything from speed to cadence to arming the surface-to-air missiles. Bike has about 600 miles on it, and I know he's about as anal as I am about maintenance (that and I, for the most part, trust the guy).
So what do you think a fair price would be?
