Okay guys, I need some help. I've got less than a month before my first triathlon here in Korea and it's the 2008 Seorak Asia Continental Cup Triathlon. What I need help with are directions.

I need to be able to get to Sokcho City from where I am in Osan Air Base. Does anyone here know Sokcho City and how to get there? Would I have to go to Seoul and hop on the buses from there?

Also, when I get there, the website doesn't list exactly where it is, but only a place called Expo Tower. After some Googling, it seems like there's only one tower and it's right near the beach so I think that's where it would be. Here is the link to the info:

Hi, I was in Seokcho two weeks ago. You'll have to take a bus, as the train doesn't go there. If you do take a train, you'll still have to catch a bus from the city that the train stops at. (I don't know the name of that city offhand, my girlfriend booked the tickets). I went from the Express Bus Terminal 1-2 stations south of Seoul Nat Univ of Ed. I know that there are also buses that run out of Dong Seoul bus terminal, at Gangbyeon, straight to Seokcho. I'll also tell you this...if you are going to bike those mountains...they are tough looking. Im not a roadie, but they are really long roads with a lot of crackbacks and I think I would find it very challenging.
