I recently found an old bike most likely from the 1950's( it is a single speed). It was covered with paint so as I started to strip the old paint off I found the name Steyr on the front name plate. It is a lady's bike with lots of chrome and a name on the frame that looks like roadster. It has a chrome bell and carrier on the back. The seat is leather. Looks like it is going to be a beauty. I would love to find out any info that anyone may have to offer.
Thanks!!!! :p

neat find. Steyr is a German company known mostly for making high-quality automatic weapons, but did manufacture some lovely bicycles in post-war Germany. It may not be hugely valuable, but its a cool find and worth keeping around.
