I have an SR Apex crankset that I want to fit to my frame (Holdsworth). Can anyone tell me a sealed bottom bracket that will work with these?

Apologies for the vagueness - The cranks have square holes. The frame has English threads (with the bottom bracket part being 68mm, I think) and the dropout OLD is 126mm. If it helps the there is also a "78" and "B" printed on the cranks.

I’m planning on creating a single speed. I’ve got 2 spare backwheels knocking about – one with a screw on hub and one with a shimano freehub. Would any other info help?
