Clydesdales/Athenas (200+ lb / 91+ kg) - Anybody got a BMI of 25-30 and less than 15% body fat?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Tell me about your diet and exercise habits....
I'm thinking of making changes to my weight lifting routine.

BMI is a crock of crap. It doesn't consider lean muscle mass.

That's why OP is asking the question. He's looking to build muscle and maintain a leaner physique, which would mean a high BMI with low bodyfat percentage.

My BMI is 32 (meaning obese) but my body fat was 14% few weeks ago (caliper)
Exercise wise,
I lift weights 3 days a week for 2 hours each - 2 body parts per workout. I change my workout routine every 2 months, which I highly recommend as it will shock the system (or your body will get used to the workout).
I do indoor cardio 2-3 days a week as well for 1 hour (in winter).
In warmer weather - I change things around a bit for cardio. I basically ride 20-30 miles a day for about 5 days. This is still on top of the weight lifting.
My diet is horrible - I basically workout so I could eat whatever I want (within reason). If I had a regimented diet, I'm sure I could bring down my body fat to 8-10% range but would suck the joy out of my life :)
