The secret is to stay active in the winter and drink lots of water, instead of reaching for food.
Ironically I just ate a container of Pringles

Do you stay off the bike altogether? Staying off the bike and eating more would surely add up to more #s.
How about a trainer and a video to follow along?

I have been getting better at not gaining too much weight over winter. A couple years ago I was gaining 20 lbs but now its only 10 or even less. I dont start putting it on when winter comes though, it happens in september-november when I get bored and try to sell my bikes to get new ones.

hmm, when I wrestled in freshman and sophomore year, I LOST weight during the winter. I went in freshman year at 205, came out 180...went in sophomore year, came out 173...now I just maintain about 175-180 year round. its not to hard if you make time to work out.
