I would assume it's the manufacturer: SR was a common stem manufacturer (stands for "Sakae Ringyo")

I have a like brand new Bontrager, race, 100mm, 7 degree, 31.75" (handlebar clamp), 6061 Aluminum, Black, 1 1/8 in. Looks brand new...doesn’t even look like it was mounted.

It doesn't fit my bike - I need a smaller handlebar clamp...

Wanted: 100mm (or shorter), 7 degree (+/-), 1 1/8, 26mm clamp.
