Hi Adam, there's at least one member in PA who's reasonably close to you (he's in Mechanicsburg), and he happens to be a Classic & Vintage kind of guy. Come on over with photos, and we'll see if we can't get you some starter hints and tips.

Look for USAZorro, then. There may be other C & Vers closer, but Zorro's a sweetheart :D . He can let you know if there's anyone closer.

I am a bit farther away, in Carlisle, and know a bit about old bikes. Tolfan is in Lancaster, also.
