TA makes one. They make as large as 73T chainrings as well.

It would be great to have the strength needed to push the pedals though wouldn't it? 73 teeth!! I couldn't push it around. The sixty four toothed one would be too big for me.

With a hub gear you could. 73t ring, 305 wheels, Shimano Nexus 8 = perfect.
