It is actually a video from the R&D dept, to show that no animals where harmed in the making of the Shock Collar. Instead, give some fat kid named Nerf 5 bucks and see if his head explodes. Win-Win.
nah - I guess it was just strange in that the adult kept prodding the kid on. eh
Course if we had one at our house when we were kids, I'm sure all 4 of us at one time or another would have zapped each other with it ...
