Hi,

Just bought brand new 10sp Centaur ergo shifters on my bike (the 2006 model which
are aluminum). Had LBS install them. Everything works great, shifts smoothly, etc. I did notice, though, that the left shifter (front derailleur/front brake) was making a rattling noise when on rough roads.

Upon inspection I found that the inner lever was clicking against the outer brake lever
because they don't quite line up. Instead of the inner lever hitting the small rubber circle
that is attached to the outer lever, it hits the aluminum body.

My question is: Is there a way to adjust this so that the inner lever lines up behind the
outer lever better, or is this a function of the cable tension, etc, or is the shifter defective?

thanks....
