Introductions - back on a bike, knees are killing me!!!

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

If your knees are hurting then either the bike doesn't fit or the saddle is too low.
How tall are you and what model and size bike do you have?

Hi warbo, as Ron says, it sounds as if the bike isn't fitting quite right. We don't allow anyone to complain about their age in introductions, because we have several members who are over the age of 70 :) .

Where are you located?

Welcome to BF, and feel free to PM me with any questions :) !

I used to have bad knee pain but after going to the Chiropractor they stopped hurting.
He said that the legs were showing as uneven lengths.
It's worth a try.
