Will an IRD QB-75 JIS BB be compatible with the Miche Advanced Crank? I can't find a definitive answer.

Miche Advanced Specs:
Arm Length: 165.0 mm
Rings: 46
Spindle Interface Type: Square Taper ISO
Spindle Length: 107 mm
Chainring BCD: 144 mm
Bolt Pattern: 5-Bolt
Crank/FD Type: Single Ring
Chain Compatibility: 1/2" x 1/8"
Pedal Spindle: 9/16"

The IRD is an English 68mm Shell, 107mm Spindle Length, square taper.

It depends on your definition of compatible. The manufacturers of those cranks will tell you "No, do not put our ISO cranks on a JIS spindle." If you can't deal with ambiguity or uncertainty, I would take that as the definitive answer.

EDIT: Also, it will not give you the chain line you want.
