As I was commuting yesterday, the thought crossed my mind that if they outlawed biking a heck of a lot of people would pick it up. And I considered how to present this to the forum.
We all have experienced that "high" we get from riding hard and long. That grin we wear when we get off the bike says it all, and it isn't easily explained. But, if the general public found out about this brain chemistry thing, and how a little exersize, and some willingness would have some really cooolll benefits the Gov't would surely outlaw this thing, and suddenly even more folks would be out here with us.
Imagine a nation of crack heads suddenly turned into endorphine craving maniacs pedaling madly for their next high. It would turn the economy on it's ear.
Imagine a world without cars, where we'd commute as one. (sorry John)
