hi guys i am lookin to get into the fixie/singlespeed area of things and am currently looking at a few bikes
i know there are going to be some of you that say convert an old one but im more thinking towards buying new so which bike would you recomend
-iro mark v
-khs flite 100
-bianchi pista
-jamis sputnik
-specialized langster
or maybe like a swobo delnorte
basically anything in the 6- 800 dollar range any suggestions of other bikes welcome

All are good; ride them all, pick the one you like best.
Or just go get a Bianchi San Jose.

im a personal fan of the bianchi and the iro
depends on what you want. if you want track, get the pista. if you want fast, get the flite100. if you want fast and capable, get the sputnik. if you want capable and rugged, get the langster, and if you want pretty fast, pretty capable and pretty rugged, get the mark v.
but really that's all just baseless opinion because i've only ridden the flite, pista, and langster.

i think i may take the langster off my list since its kinda in the higher price range and i dont feel like im getting anything special other than a fancy corporate bike just a feeling
and is the carbon fork on the sputnik worth the extra money?
