Help with Cygolite DualCross Smart Charger?

I just moved, hadn't had to charge or use my dualcross in a while, and plugged it in, realized I have no recollection of what the flashing LED on the charger is actually indicating.

It's presently flashing red/green/red/green etc.

I assume this means it's charging. Does it just switch over to solid green when it's done?

It's for the DualCross 300, with the NiMH battery.

I can't find the manual, and cygolite doesn't have the manual on the support section of their website...

The smart charger for my Cygolite DualCross 300 shows a steady red led while charging. When the battery is fully charged, it shows a steady green led.
