I am aching everywhere. My back and shoulders hurt the most and I didn't even go cycling.

I lost my normal saturday long ride as I had to do some emergency gardening and boy oh boy it was harder than any ride or gym session! Digging up a lawn is seriously hard work. I think I'll be saving on gym membership and developing a green thumb. Next time I'll have to pay more attention to eating and drinking as i dig..i nearly bonked today.

Yeah Boy! Doing something out of the ordinary hurts! I go to the gym ride my bike and I'm fine. When I visit the grandaughter, I carry her around for a few minutes, feel like my arms are going to fall off! Still trying to figure out what's tougher, yardwork or carrying a kid for 5 minutes!

I usually play it of by,"ok, sit on my back and pretend I'm a horsey!".:D..Ahhhh so much better!:p

A clue about yard work is that you'll never see a fat landscaper.
