Help me identify this bike

I have acquired a separable frame bike with 406 wheels and a Fichtel & Sachs 2spd coaster brake hub.

The only identifying mark is the head tube badge with the letters V M with the word CYKELN below the V M letters.

I think that this bike was made by DBS Ogland in Norway. Can anyone confirm this or steer me in the right direction for identification?

I've never seen this particular bike before but Cykeln is Swedish and I've seen the Swedish bike manufacturer
Crescent use "VM" on some of their bikes. Other than that, I'm not sure what direction to send you.
