Last week, totally my fault, my bagman support for my carradice bag came loose on a ride.

The dinotte tail light rubbed against the rear wheel and the flange and seal were worn down to the point where the water seal was no longer functional.

I emailed Dinotte asking for the cost of a replacement seal and flange. Today I received two of them free of charge.

Great customer service!

Thought I'd mention it.

My 200L lost its programming and wouldn't reset, so I sent it in and it was fixed under warranty. It was a real quick turnaround from the time I sent it off. I'm very pleased with their customer service (and I love the light).

Dinotte's service has so far been second to none: from near-instant email replies, to detailed advice, to free shipping on replacement units, they rock.

Well, there's the customer service and then there's the guy who stopped next to me at a light in his old guzzler at dusk yesterday and engaged me in a 3 minute conversation about how great the rear light is. He asked if it was expensive. I said it was. He said, "It's worth it. I could see you way back. Safety doesn't have a cost."
Couldn't have said it better.
Nice older guy. The light changed and He went a-belching off at $4 a gallon.

Speaking of your Bagman rack, mine did the same thing. Apparently they are notorious for that because Peter White's web site even mentions it. I fixed the problem by putting Loctite on the threads of the allen bolts when I reinstalled it, and it has never come loose again.

I had one Dinotte LiOn battery that would only last about 2 hours before the low battery indicator would start flashing red. The fellow at Dinotte said that they were having problems with some batteries that had a slightly lower voltage output and that they would replace it. Within 2 days I had a new battery with a postage-paid return envelope for the old one. Now THIS is service.

That is exactly what I did after the mishap. I used blue loctite.
