Any views of which will give me a better ride, the Reynolds Ouzo Pro (carbon fork with carbon steerer) or Ouzo Comp (carbon fork with alloy steerer)? Here are a couple of variables: It will be 1". I ride fairly rough country roads. I am 5'9" and weigh 165 lbs. Are there any issues of durability for 1" carbon steerers?

Thanks,
Rich

Both these forks should give a similar ride. The Comp may be a touch stiffer (and heavier) and if you plan on running more than 20-25mm of spacers, go with the Comp.

I personally run a Ouzo Pro 1 inch on my Cervelo Prodigy and have nothing but good things to say. The ride is far superior to the stock for my bike came with and it's plenty stiff with 1 20mm spacer. I have around 10000 miles on it with no issues to date.
