Home turbo training

I read in a magazine that to simulate a hill ride you should be spinning about 75-95 rpm for 20-30min with resistance.

Then have a rest period of two minutes by decreasing resistance and increasing your spin speed.
They don't say what that spin speed should be or even be around.

I'm guessing 100-110???

How high would you bring the spin speed up to?

Normally, I just increase my cadence to whatever feels comfortable at that resistance. When it's low, I try to spin a little closer to 100 rpm.
