Good week

A grand total of 128 miles over 4 rides culminating today with a 38mi ride w/ an avg speed of 17.5 (spent a great deal of time battling a headwind too). Yesterday I went on my first group ride with a really nice bunch of guys. They were all 15-25yrs older than me and moved at a fairly slow pace. I may ride with them again but th hunt continues for a group that I'll fit into.

That's great! And, also 4 times as many miles I did last week, heh. With the dedication to riding it seems like you have, i'm sure it's only a matter of time until you find that niche group. Perhaps talking to your LBS or posting a craigslist ad would find you a more suitable group faster.
