today I had to travel to Hood River to visit my Grandparents, on the way there I told my daughter to keep track of the bikes we saw. Round trip was 130. In Hood river I could barely keep track of all the bikes.
I did make it to The Hatfield State park. I did not go in but the parking lot was full that I could tell. My darling little girl could not believe the people climbing the hills. I keep telling her that cycling is about climbing hills. I think she is finnally getting the point.
It looked like alot of fun. I was very jelous (sp)
The amount of cyclists was astounding to all of us. Course with gas at an all time high and not looking to go back down that cycling is going to see an all time high to boot. It looked great.
Anybody else there this weekend? I may have seen you but I wouldn't know it anyway. Just wondering.
