Commuting - cool street bike

Very cool. I was just at REI and the Novara Buzz was very interesting too. The bottle opener rear derailer hanger on the Cannondale is the coolest though.

It's only listed under European Models.... too bad.

Why would a major US manufacturer make such a well equipped and practical bike available in the US market, where consumers are both too susceptible to trends and too finicky to appreciate it??? Of course this bike is only available in Europe!!! Doh!!

Maybe if Cannondale gets enough email on the subject, they'll change their minds...

Here's two more models that aren't available on the domestic US market. There are literally dozens of European models made both by US manufacturers and European companies that you will never see in a bike shop stateside. Instead, we get a deluge of mountain bikes and other recreational models that are relatively useless as commuters and street bikes without a couple of hundred dollars worth of aftermarket upgrades.

That cannondale does look very nice!

Maybe the next time one is in Euro and the dollar is doing well against the Euro, one could pick one up....

The first thing that cought my eye? The Brooks Team Pro. saddle!! :D

I put one on my road bike and it rides like a new beast! :p I love that saddle.

Great bike, but it needs a chainguard.
