Mountain Biking - Got my first MTB

Yesterday I bought my first MTB. I called almost every Kona dealer in SoCal and one had the 2004 Blast in my size in stock. I was deciding between the Blast and the Rock Hopper. The deciding factor was the fork. The Marz MZ Comp felt alot better then the Manitou Axel Elite on the RH.

I have to get rid of my flu before I can ride it again. My fiancee chased me down the street last night and told me I had no business riding in the cold with the flu :eek:

Congrats. The Blast is an awesome hardtail, which you will no doubt enjoy riding ;)

Are you going to keep the toe clips on? I use flats on my XC bike but thinking about putting my Shimano clipless pedals back on now that I have proper cycling shoes.

Dude, I just went Mtb. Riding, yesterday, and I had the flu, thats pretty stupid, but you know how it is, I am paying the price right now though...

Blast is a solid hardtail for the price, get some pics and enjoy it :)
