Would I be a complete fool if I used these wheels to race 'cross?I weigh under 134 pounds even in the winter.Bad idea??

Thats a great idea. I have raced mine on and off road 2 seasons and those wheels are tough as nails. Beat them and they will come back for more.
They are really stiff and the alloy spokes can fatigue and snap off at the ends rather suddenly. Nothing wrong with using them for CX but some people feel that the alloy spokes will give up more quickly than steel spokes, besides being unforgiving.
Just another opinion.

Better use them now as opposed to saving them for a warm, clear day!
