Pro Cycling is reporting that a 35km mountain TT is to be included in this years Tour of Spain. Looks good for Heras.

It depends on how much each of these guys want to try to win the Tour, too. Too many withdrawals in July will haunt you in September.

The Vuelta did the same thing last year. It really added to the drama of the race.

Well these reports sometimes are far from the actual route.
It will be revealed wednesday, I think?
They are saying it may be a TT up the Sierra Nevada, which would be awesome (I wonder which way up??)

I think it would be even greater if they went to the top of the mountain, passed the Sierra Nevada ski resort :D Its a 43km climb with an average grade of %6.3! The last ten kilometres are so are quite steeper than the part used in the Vuelta too.

Yes, I agree. Too bad they didn't do it and left another vertical 1000m out:
