What are the best value in cheap MTB wheelset (non-disc)? Not looking for XTR quality, but something that isn't a total piece of junk either. Just solid, decent, no-nonsense.

What is your budget?
hmm. I hadn't really thought of a budget. I'd like to stay under $150, so I guess like anywhere between $100-$150. I think I'm looking mostly at LX quality type hubs, or something in that range. Silver hubs though.

You might want to consider getting some with disc compatible hubs, in case you end up wanting to upgrade some time in the future...
Deore hubs/Sun Rhyno Lite rims should be in your price range...
