I'm looking for my first FS XC bike...

These two have caught my fancy...
Any suggestions?
(I think the devinci may end up costing me more)

The suspension is better on the Giant, both front and rear. Better drivetrain on the devinci.

I'd go Giant, especially if the price difference is significant.
