Do mtb front wheels have dish? What about for front hubs that have disc brakes? Seems like those, at least, would have to have a small amount of dish to accomadate a disc brake on the left side of the front hub.

"Dished" means the hub's flanges are not centered with respect to the rim. Rear wheels have been dished for a long time. Only recently, with the advent of disc brakes, have front wheels become dished. Curiously enough, rear disc brakes tend to make the rear wheel less dished, after years of increasing cog count made them insanely dished.

Every wheel has dish, even symmetrical ones. Though I guess it all depends on your personal terminology. The other responses pretty much hit on it.
